Kurio provides tools to aggregate and display financial information for informational purposes only.Kurio does not provide:
- Financial advice
- Investment advice
- Legal or tax advice
- All information is provided “as is”.
3. No Financial Advice
Kurio does not make recommendations or guarantees. Any decisions you make based on information provided by Kurio are made at your own risk. Kurio is not responsible for financial losses, missed opportunities, or incorrect interpretations of data.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- Ensuring accuracy of linked data
- All activity under your account
5. Third-Party Integrations
Kurio relies on third-party providers for bank and crypto data. Kurio is not liable for downtime, incorrect data, or service interruptions caused by third parties.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
- Kurio offers a 14-day free trial
- After the trial, a subscription of €4.99 per month applies
- Payments and cancellations are handled via Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- Kurio does not manage refunds directly.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kurio shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Financial losses
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits
8. Termination
Kurio may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. Users may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Modifications to the Service or Terms
Kurio may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms, with changes posted on this page.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
